Since our streets are maintained by the City of Jacksonvile we cannot enforce our Covenants with regard to No Street Parking. However, as homeowners you can ask the people to park elsewhere or in their driveway. If they persist in parking in front of your home, blocking your access to your driveway or blocking the mailboxes you should call the JSO Non-Emergency number and report it. The phone number is listed on our website. DO NOT contact the board, there is nothing we can do from an enforcement standpoint.
