What do I do if I want to put a shed, pool, sidewalks, permanent basketball hoop or fence on my property?

Any additions such as fences, swimming pools, sheds or other permanent structures to any lot must have prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee. Please refer to the Covenants & Restrictions section of this website to follow the correct procedures and obtaining forms to submit. The forms are also available on this website. If you are not sure if your project needs approval, please contact a Board member or email heaventrees@bellsouth.net.
